Joel Munoz is broker, principal, and managing loan consultant for Azure, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada in 1995 and his Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from San Diego State University in 1999. His duties include the business strategy, marketing, and loan program development for Azure. Mr. Munoz also has an extensive finance background including fixed income securities portfolio management, excellent knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, use of advanced statistical modeling and analysis, and various valuation methodologies.
