Buying a home with our CyberBuyer™ program  

   Rules and Requirements of our CyberBuyer™ program:

1. This program may not be offered by all Azure agents. Please verify that the agent your working with does offer the CyberBuyer™ program.

2. Cash rebate is 25% of Azure's commission earned. Commissions earned can vary from 2.5% to 3% of the purchase price of home.

3. Buyers must also use Azure to obtain mortgage financing for their purchase

4. Buyers must conduct the majority of home search on their own. This includes, but not limited to, on-line searches, drive by's, and open houses prior to scheduling appointments to view the inside.

5. Cash rebate to be paid at the close of escrow in the form of a check made payable to buyer
