Buying a home with our program
Rules and Requirements of our program:

Cash rebate is 25% of
Azure's commission earned. Commissions earned can vary from 2.5% to 3%
of the purchase price of home.

Buyers must conduct the majority of home search
on their own. This includes, but not limited to, on-line searches,
drive by's, and open houses prior to scheduling appointments to view
the inside.

Cash rebate to be paid at the close of escrow
in the form of a check made payable to buyer
