2) We GUARANTEE to offer better rates than banks since everyone, including banks, mark up their loans. Azure is approved with most banks (Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, etc) to do loans on their behalf but we get better pricing from "wholesale" lenders who only deal with mortgage brokers.

3) Azure has a "price transparency" policy. We'll show any of our clients our wholesale cost which 99% of the banks/brokers won't do.

4) Since Azure only get paid for closing deals, our clients get EXTRA special attention. You go to a bank and you deal with a loan officer on a salary and, maybe, a small commission who has a large client base to service, of which you are only a small part.
