  We require our real estate professionals to have thorough knowledge of both real estate sales and practices as well as a background in mortgage finance. We feel this can better serve our clients and increase and diversify their sources of income.

What we can do for you:

  1. Shared office desk, use of office copier and fax machine, and conference room

  2. Up to $500 monthly cash allowance for farming based on monthly production

  4. Bonus splits of up to 100% on your next three real estate commissions for referring new agents who decide to work for Azure

What we're looking for:

  1. Consultants with experience in real estate sales and loans. If it is determined that the prospective consultant has a good, working knowledge of one or the other, an experienced Azure broker will be assigned to ensure proper training and performance of duties. 

  2. Able to work independently. Since our consultants are, well, consultants, they work without micro-managing and burdensome paperwork requirements. We want everyone to be there own entrepreneur and run their small business with all the responsibility of a small business owner.

  3. The capital needed to properly farm/advertise in the areas which they choose to do business. It is expected that between MLS fees, advertising, and printing/postage, a typical consultant will incur a monthly cost of about $500.

  4. Be technology savvy. All listing presentations should be presented on a laptop to prospective clients. Emailing of required forms and documents, downloading of digital camera images, and management of all types of information will be key to a great, efficient client relationship.
